Use of the website, including access, browsing and making purchases, implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms described in these conditions of sale and use of the website.
The following terms and conditions govern the use, access, browsing and making purchases on the website www.coin-leader.com hereinafter referred to as the “website”, of COIN LEADER – Numismática, Unipessoal Lda, hereinafter referred to as “COIN LEADER”, with its registered office at Avenida do Atlântico, n.º 16, Edifício Panoramic, 14.º Piso, escritório 8, Parque das Nações, 1990-019 Lisboa, with the single legal person and registration number at the Commercial Registry Office 517420716.
Use of the www.coin-leader.com domain is subject to the terms and conditions of sale and use of the website and to Portuguese law, which governs it.
The current conditions may be changed unilaterally by COIN LEADER, and those in force at the time of purchase of the product shall apply to the User. The User is responsible for regularly consulting the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website, and we recommend that you read these conditions beforehand. Any changes will be notified by publishing the respective updated version on the website.
The User – anyone who accesses, browses or uses the services available for the purposes of information and the purchase of products – undertakes to use the website only to make legally valid inquiries and orders. COIN LEADER expressly reserves the right to suspend or cancel a User’s access account if fraudulent acts, data or information are detected, as well as to cancel any purchases that are false or unlawful.
The User must provide all the necessary information to complete their order, which is subject, insofar as it applies to them, to the Privacy Policy of COIN LEADER.
In order to purchase products, the User must be of legal age – 18 (eighteen) years of age or over – otherwise, authorization must be obtained from their legal representatives. The information provided by the User has full legal effect, and the User acknowledges the electronic purchases, and the lack of signature cannot be claimed as a reason for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The receipt of the order confirmation by COIN LEADER, transmitted by the User, electronically, when selecting Proceed to Checkout, COIN LEADER undertakes to supply the products to the User in accordance with the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, except in cases where COIN LEADER reserves the right not to proceed with orders from individuals who fail to make payment.
After Proceed to Checkout, the User will receive an e-mail with all the details regarding the order, as well as the data to make the payment (the suppliers or issuers of the means of payment provided may have security policies and anti-fraud measures that establish specific rules for accepting payment orders. COIN LEADER has no influence on the creation of these rules.
The submission of the application confirmation, by Proceeding to Checkout, implies the User’s full awareness and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the additional information contained on the website pages accessible and linked through links, such as the Cookies Policy, an integral part of the Privacy Policy.
3. User obligations
The User undertakes to: (i) provide correct personal details and addresses (orders for delivery to PO boxes are not accepted); (ii) not to use false identities; and (iii) respect the order limits imposed.
If any of the data is incorrect, or insufficient, and for this reason there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or possible non-delivery, the responsibility lies with the User, and COIN LEADER declines any responsibility.
It is expressly forbidden to use the products purchased for commercial purposes, namely for the purpose of reselling goods.
By validating the order, the User accepts the terms and conditions of sale in force on the date the order is validated.
It is important that all users understand and accept that COIN LEADER may refuse or cancel any transactions that may raise suspicions of illegal money laundering or terrorist financing activities.
4. Product Information and Declarations
COIN LEADER sells the products advertised on the website as part of its commercial activity, and all orders are subject to availability.
The images used to represent the products on the website and in other digital media are visual representations, and there may be variations in color between the images and the actual products. It should be noted that the diameter of the coins varies, although on the website they all appear to be the same size. Always consult all the product’s characteristics in the Additional Information tab.
All product information presented on the website, namely prices, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed at any time by COIN LEADER, without prior notice.
Products purchased through the website are available for delivery in Portugal – including the Azores and Madeira Islands – as well as in the European Union, with the exception of Cyprus and Malta. 5. Prices, Shipping and Payment Policy
COIN LEADER reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The prices shown on the website are in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, plus shipping costs. Before proceeding to checkout, the price of the products, VAT and shipping costs are duly detailed.
The validity of the prices shown on an updated page is the only one taken into account, excluding cached information and non-updated pages that may show prices that are no longer in force.
Any other costs resulting from sending orders abroad, including customs clearance costs, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the product.

6. Responsibilities
The User acknowledges and accepts that use of the website in question is at the User’s sole risk and responsibility. COIN LEADER shall only be liable for any damages that the User may suffer due to willful misconduct on its part.
COIN LEADER only assumes an obligation of means in all phases of access to the website, in the ordering process, delivery and support to the User (Customer). Therefore, its liability does not extend to any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, the presence of computer viruses or events of force majeure, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Furthermore, COIN LEADER assumes no responsibility for the content and materials provided on other websites, over which it has no control, and expressly disclaims any liability for damages resulting from the use of these websites.
COIN LEADER shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform its obligations if these are due to events beyond its reasonable control, including events of force majeure, such as unforeseeable acts, omissions or accidents that prevent the timely performance of contractual obligations. During the period in which the event of force majeure persists, COIN LEADER’s obligations shall be suspended. COIN LEADER shall have the possibility of extending the deadline for fulfilling such obligations for a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event, without the obligation to pay any compensation or indemnity. COIN LEADER undertakes to use all reasonable legal means at its disposal to terminate the force majeure event or find a solution to fulfill its obligations.
7. Communications
The User agrees to receive all communications and/or notifications regarding COIN LEADER at the address, telephone number and/or e-mail address indicated during the order process and/or subscription to the Newsletter.
At any time, you can request not to receive these communications and/or notifications using the Contact Form or by selecting the “Do not receive the Newsletter” option in each Newsletter.

8. Intellectual property
The website is a registered platform and the service provided is the responsibility of COIN LEADER.
The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property and other applicable legislation.
The user acknowledges that all content present in advertising, highlighting, promoting or mentioning any sponsor or advertiser is subject to protection by copyright and related rights laws, industrial property laws and other property protection laws. Therefore, any use of this content can only take place with the express authorization of the respective owners.
The user undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned rights, including refraining from carrying out any acts that may violate the law or the aforementioned rights. This includes the reproduction, commercialization, transmission or making available to the public of such content, as well as any other unauthorized act having as its object the same content.
9. Suspension and Deactivation of the Website
Total or partial access to the website may be suspended by decision of COIN LEADER, in the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, a national or local state of emergency, computer or technical difficulties, difficulties relating to the infrastructure of telecommunications networks, strikes, without this list being exhaustive.
Access to the website may be interrupted at any time, without prior notice, for maintenance reasons, and the page may undergo changes and improvements, including functionalities, without prior notice, without the user being able to claim any damage.
10. Consumer Right of Free Resolution
Under the terms of the applicable law, the Consumer has the right to terminate the contract, without the need to pay compensation or justify the reason, which must be exercised in writing by e-mail to info@coin-leader.com (an acknowledgement of receipt of the termination will be sent to you without delay), by letter (COIN LEADER – Numismática, Unipessoal Lda., Av. do Atlântico, n.º 16, Edifício Panoramic, 14.º Piso, escritório 8, Parque das Nações, 1990-019 Lisboa), or by calling form available on the website (you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the resolution), within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order (according to article 10, no. 1 of DL 24/2014 of February 14).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Under Article 17(1)(b) of Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, unless the parties agree otherwise, consumers may not freely terminate contracts for the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial market rates that the supplier of goods or services cannot control and that may occur during the period of free termination.

11. Complaints
The Consumer has the right to submit complaints to COIN LEADER at any time, within the legal parameters established for this purpose.
Customers can submit their complaints via e-mail, using the e-mail address info@coin-leader.com, via the form available on the website or via the Electronic Complaints Book.
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In the event of a dispute, in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. According to article 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, you can use the European Online Dispute Resolution ODR platform, through the website http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, and start an Online Dispute Resolution process.
The list of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities is published on the ODR platform, including the ADR entities in Portugal, as well as the European Consumer Center (ECC), which is the platform’s national contact point.
