This Shipping and Payment Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website www.coin-leader.com. By accepting the terms and conditions of sale and use of the website, you simultaneously accept this Shipping and Payment Policy.

COIN LEADER prioritizes safe and reliable shipments of its products. Every precaution is taken to ensure that orders reach the Customer safely.

Reliable transport service partners
COIN LEADER works with renowned transport companies such as UPS, DHL and CTT, guaranteeing safe and efficient deliveries.

Secure and discreet packaging
For discreet transportation, all products will be sent in unmarked packaging in order to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of the shipment.

Transport insurance
COIN LEADER fully insures all shipments: (i) up to €1,500 are covered by a transport insurance policy; (ii) between €1501 and €2500 are covered by UPS and/or DHL insurance.

In the unlikely event that the package is lost, COIN LEADER will resend the ordered products, subject to availability, after receiving confirmation of non-delivery from the Customer and the carrier. If the products lost or damaged during transportation are not available, COIN LEADER will refund them or, if the Customer prefers, issue a voucher for the full amount of the Invoice.

Exceptions

COIN LEADER accepts no liability:

– if you instruct any delivery service (courier) to leave the package unattended, without the need for an adult signature;

– if you instruct any delivery service (carrier) to leave the package with someone else, for example a neighbor;

– if you accept or sign for any delivery in which the packaging is damaged, repackaged or appears to have been tampered with (do not accept and inform COIN LEADER via the contacts available on the website);

– for packages that have been accepted by anyone at the delivery address.

COIN LEADER’s liability for shipments covered by transport insurance is restricted to the period during which the order is in transit. As soon as the order is accepted at the delivery address, the responsibility lies with the Customer.

In the event of products being lost or damaged during transportation, it is COIN LEADER’s responsibility to process any claims with the insurance company or carriers.

Note: all orders will be considered delivered when signed for by an adult at the delivery address or confirmed as delivered by the courier of the contracted transport company. You should make sure, before requesting any delivery, that it is safe, as any loss occurring after the delivery has been signed for at the address or confirmed as delivered by the couriers will be your responsibility. This can be particularly risky if you live in a multi-occupancy household or choose delivery to a work address.

Track order
The Customer can track all orders in real time using a Track ID that will be provided via e-mail.

Currency used
All prices are shown in Euros (€), and all prices include VAT.

Maximum value per order
The maximum value per order is €2,500, in order to allow COIN LEADER to offer a hassle-free shopping experience and guarantee a high level of protection. This limit is in place to adjust to the maximum insurance cover available.

1. Shipments

Once payment has been received, the order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

All shipments will be made by one of the following transport companies: UPS, DHL or CTT.

Delivery times:

– estimated delivery time to Portugal: (i) 1 to 2 working days for mainland Portugal; (ii) may exceed 15 working days for the Azores and Madeira Islands;

– estimated delivery time to the European Union(*): 4-6 working days.

Note: estimated delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) from the day the order is sent. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

(*) Shipping restrictions

We currently only ship to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

COIN LEADER does not send parcels to PO boxes.

Shipping costs

COIN LEADER offers free express shipping for orders over €500 (the value taken into account is that of the products, including VAT).

Shipping for orders that do not benefit from free shipping (under €500):

  • Mainland Portugal and Azores and Madeira Islands – €9,90
  • Europe – €24,50

2. Payment methods

COIN LEADER offers the following payment methods:

Mainland Portugal and the Azores and Madeira Islands

Multibanco: after finalizing the purchase, the customer will receive in the registration e-mail the data to make the payment – entity, reference and amount and will have 24 hours to make the payment at an ATM (multibanco) or home banking. This data will also be available in the Customer’s account. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled.

MBWay: the Customer will have 4 (four) minutes to make the payment after the reference has been generated. After this period, the purchase order will expire and a new purchase process will have to be started in order to receive a new notification.

Payshop: the Customer has 48 hours, after finalizing the purchase and receiving the reference, to make the payment at a Payshop Agent. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled.

Bank transfer: the Customer has 24 hours after completing the purchase to make the payment at an ATM or home banking using the details – IBAN, BIC, SWIFT and amount – sent to the registration e-mail. This data will also be available in the customer’s account. If payment is not made after the 5th day, the order will be canceled.
