This Returns and Refunds Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website www.coin-leader.com. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website, you simultaneously accept this Returns and Refunds Policy.
1. Returns and exchanges
COIN LEADER is committed to guaranteeing the Customer total satisfaction with the products purchased on the website www.coin-leader.com (hereinafter referred to as the “website”). In situations of dissatisfaction with the purchase, COIN LEADER accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this policy, provided that they comply with Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.
1.1. Returns for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract
The items must be returned within 14 days of the communication of the decision to terminate the contract, in accordance with Article 13(1) of Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14, together with a copy of the invoice.
Under Article 17(1)(b) of Decree-Law 24/2014 of February 14, which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights, returns of gold and silver coins will not be permitted unless the product has manufacturing defects or does not conform to the description provided. This means that unless the coins you have purchased are faulty or do not match the description provided, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
For gold and silver coins that are defective or do not conform to the description, follow the instructions detailed in section 1.2. Returns for defects or damage.
Conditions or criteria that must be met simultaneously in order to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- the product must be accompanied by the original, undamaged packaging, retaining the original characteristics of the product and must not have been used or tampered with;
- the product must be complete and properly packed in its original packaging;
- if the item consists of more than one part, all parts must be returned in full; and
- a printed copy of the invoice must be included.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the transportation costs of the returned items will be borne by the Consumer (article 13, no. 2 of DL 24/2014 of February 14).
1.2 Returns for defects or damage
For all products marketed by COIN LEADER that have manufacturing defects or do not conform to the description provided, please contact us immediately.
To request a return, please contact us via e-mail, using the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or via the form available on the website, providing the following information:
- order or invoice number;
- description of the product to be returned; and
- reason for return.
Once the return request has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.
COIN LEADER bears the shipping costs for returns when a product is damaged, does not conform to the description provided, or in the event of a shipping error.

COIN LEADER will withhold reimbursement until it has received the products returned by the Consumer. The refund will be processed once the defect or non-conformity of the returned product has been verified.
All refunds will be made by bank transfer, free of charge, after providing the necessary details, when contacted by COIN LEADER. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the Website, the Customer expressly agrees to the refund method by bank transfer.
